General English Courses: Group online classes are held from Monday to Friday between 13:00 – 14:300hrs or 18:00 – 19.30 CET. Special arrangements can be made for private lessons to be organised outside the aforementioned hours/days, depending on availability. Please ensure that you are aware of your course start date since our online classes do not necessarily start on Monday.

When booking a group course, if a student ends up alone in our online class, the total amount of lessons will be reduced by 50% to reflect the individual attention given. Students following group online courses will not be able to transfer any lessons missed to a later stage. Prior to commencing your lessons, kindly complete the online test on our website. If a student is not found to fulfil the level requirement of a desired course, ELA reserves the right to move said student to a more appropriate level/course.

Special and Examination Courses: For students opting to take specialised courses in specific areas (e.g. English for Medical or Legal purposes, Banking and Accounting, TOEFL iBT, IELTS, etc.) we would require at least a one-week advance notice to arrange availability of adequate tutors. Kindly note that no examination registration fees are included in our prices and students intending to register for any examination should do so as early as possible. We can assist with the registration at no extra charge.
